PRINT-READY FILE RESPONSIBILITY

I understand that I am responsible for providing a complete, correct, and print-ready file.

My submitted artwork must:

• Have a transparent background unless I intentionally want the background printed.
• Be high-quality and have sufficient resolution for the requested print size.
• Be correctly sized and proportioned for my intended use.
• Contain the correct spelling, wording, colors, placement, and design elements.
• Be free of unwanted backgrounds, boxes, shadows, artifacts, stray pixels, or other elements that I do not want printed.

Southern Grace Transfers will print the file as it is submitted.

I understand that Southern Grace Transfers is not responsible for correcting, redesigning, removing backgrounds, improving resolution, checking spelling, or otherwise repairing my artwork unless I have specifically arranged and paid for design/editing services.
